OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast (PS2) Playthrough - NintendoComplete

A playthrough of the Sega's 2006 arcade racer for the Sony PlayStation 2, OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast.

This video shows off every track in the game through the two different "15 continuous course" runs, one from the original OutRun 2, the other from the OutRun SP mode. I also included a short run through the "Heart Attack" mode, where your girlfriend in the passenger seat judges you based on her demands. It's bizarre. I've cut all of the middle menu screens out, because they were boring and I didn't care to include them.

Not really my best run since I seemed to develop a fondness for guardrails during this play, but I thought that the times were pretty respectable either way.

This was recorded in 480p (widescreen option on). The 720p mode is merely the 480p original video upscaled so that YouTube would show the game running at it's proper 59.94fps.

This game is fast - be warned that it loses a lot when you halve the framerate. If you have the bandwidth, watch the 60fps version!
