Whatever he plays, the pianist’s regular visits to Wigmore Hall are invariably keenly anticipated. Sir András Schiff's programme here takes the form of a lecture-recital, covering Schubert's final piano sonata, written in 1828 in the last months of his life but not published until after his death.
