3210YB 12 100 Micro diaphragm pump working demo video

This is a short video of micro diaphragm pump device 3210YD-12-100W. In this video, we adopted two power supplies: Power supply A is a powerful enough 12VDC power supply, while Power supply B is a 12VDC power supply which is not powerful enough to power the pump.

Note that rated power consumption of this pump model is 100W; so if users want to power the pump with a AC/DC power adapter, the requirement of output capacity of power adapter should be 12V, at least 8A. If less, it could be not powerful enough.

If we use Power supply B to power the pump, we will feel that motor of pump starts & stop repeatedly and cannot normally work. This is because that power supply cannot provide enough power to this pump.

Instead, if pump is powered by Power supply B, we can see that pump works normally, in continuous rotating status. At this moment, pump can normally pump water.

In fact, it's also recommended that users can change to use a 12V DC battery to power the pump, when pump cannot normally work under power adapter, to verify whether it's issue of weakness of the power adapter, or it's issue of pump itself.
