Demonstrating 30 hooping tricks that you can add to your flow and hoop dance! These are my favorite hula hoop moves! We got a little bit of escalator, a little bit of vortex, my beloved back roll, and foot hooping. All favorites of mine. Also chest roll break because it's a surprise twist, basic chest rolls because they're peaceful, turning chest roll to mix things up, three beat weave because I though I'd never learn how to do it then one day when I stopped thinking about how to execute it, it came naturally (life lessons) 2 hoop wedgie because why stop at one, and the hoop split lasso knee hoop thingy... not so much for how it looks but for how it challenges me mentally 😅 All favorites
