How to Make Delay Timer Circuit Using MOSFET ⏱️⚡ (Easy DIY) #shorts

In this video, I made a simple 12V delay timer switch using IRFZ44N MOSFET. This circuit turns ON the bulb when the push button is pressed and keeps it ON for a few seconds even after releasing the button.

This project uses basic components like a 100k resistor and 1000µF capacitor to create the delay effect. No 555 timer IC required. It’s an easy and powerful DIY electronics project that you can build at home.

🔧 Components Used:
• IRFZ44N MOSFET
• 100k Resistor
• 1000µF Capacitor
• Push Button
• 12V Battery
• 12V Bulb

You can increase or decrease the delay time by changing the resistor or capacitor value.
