Unhealthy food habits are really tricky to break. We HAVE to eat every day and we have an emotional connection to it. But what about when that emotional connection is negative?

I help my clients explore and understand how their food habits and life circumstances affect each other. And how bad habits within either will eventually snowball and affect the other. Struggle in life and you may look to unhealthy foods. Struggle with your diet and that will start to negatively affect your life.

To break out of these habits for good and avoid negative spirals, you must be prepared to fight past potentially years or decades of ingrained habits. But it is ENTIRELY possible and when your healthiest you becomes the norm, it will then be tricky to stray from that as it'll just be who you are now!
