► A former doctor who lost his sight five years ago has fitted a camera to his guide dog, to capture the difficulties and discrimination he faces on a daily basis.

Amit Patel relies on Kika to get around London - but while his canine friend does everything she can to help him, it turns out help from humans isn't anywhere near as forthcoming.
