MK11 Kombat League: ZONING SPAMMER CAN'T HANDLE RAIDEN!

Hey Guys,
I faced this Robo-Cop who had a great record for Kombat League, so I thought I was going to be going against a great player, but 5 seconds into the match I realized all he does is zone and spam. Like 99% of zoners out there, once my Raiden got close and started applying pressure, they fold like a table at a Bill's tailgate.
