NIGHT TIME ROUTINE | GET UNREADY WITH ME | LOCKDOWN

Hi Everyone, I wanted to share with you all my normal everyday (or night) routine!
This is what I do most night when the kids go to bed. Since we have been in Lockdown my sleep pattern and quality has really suffered, so i am using some products that help promote better sleep! I thought I would share these with you in case you are having difficulty sleeping too.
