This deal was a fantastic 6 bedroom 4.5 bathroom property in the heart of Wimbledon, London SW19.

Analysing Rent to Rent deals is very much about have a repeatable and consistent process. Having a deal analyser takes the emotion out of the process leading to more consistent and successful deals.

In this video I discuss how we use SpareRoom to assess supply and demand, and how we use this data to calculate rental income. We also discuss set-up costs, regulatory and compliance requirements and how we estimate utility (Gas, electricity, council tax, TV license, WiFi etc) for each of our deals.
