RNAscope® technology enables faster and more rigorous target and biomarker development: it is a robust and ultra-sensitive RNA in situ hybridization (RNA ISH) method providing single-cell and single-molecule RNA detection in the context of complex tissue microenvironments.

In this webinar, we will introduce our RNAscope™ and BaseScope™ in situ hybridization (ISH) services, with a focus on our quantitative image analysis capabilities in the areas of immuno-oncology, neuroscience, ophthalmology, metabolic disorders, respiratory disease, and toxicological pathology.
We will describe how image analysis can be used to quantify RNAscope assays for AAV and lentiviral-based gene therapies, and to measure CAR-T infiltrating in the tumor microcroenvironment.

1. PAS Data Analysis Offerings: Semi-quantitative and quantitative scoring methodologies for evaluating gene expression in cell pellets, whole slide tissues, and TMAs
2. Pathologist recommendations, including guidance on tissue anatomy and architecture, cellular morphology, and histological artifacts
3. Interpretation of various target expression scenarios, including homogenous and heterogenous expression patterns, co-expression analysis, and cell-type specific expression
