Artists on the Rise 2021 presents: LORDKEZ

First gaining momentum with her 2019 independent release Revenge Season, lordkez is a 22 year-old musician and multi-disciplinary artist based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Born in Kimberly, but having lived in the UAE and Cape Town, her diverse musical inspirations are strikingly evident in her unique sound: a fusion of new wave energy and cadences with the masterful songwriting delivery of classic jazz greats.

Her distinct landed her on a Billboard in Time Square New York upon the release of her official debut EP Charcotta in 2020, while simultaneously gaining the attention of reputable platforms across the globe, including Clash Magazine (UK), GQ and Screens Only (LA), among others.

LORDKEZ collaborates with Adidas and Studio 88 to bring her enchanting style to Artists On the Rise in 2021, in her Adidas Stan Smith and LA Trainer.
