Getting Older diesels through emissions testing

VOSA, the people in charge of driver and vehicle standards in the UK have changed the goalposts for every owner of older diesel engined cars which includes me so i'll have to do an oil change.
hopefully this will help other owners and keep good vehicles out of the scrap yard.
