[WR] Hot Wheels Velocity X Any% Speedrun - 00:34:20

Amazing run, smashed my old WR by more than two minutes, unbelievably. This huge timesave is because of the following that were newly implemented: Mission 2 Skip, Mission 5 Skip (because of the Armor Repair Gadget Glitch), and the Fastlane kill during the Mission 9 race. Those three new strats save a ton of time collectively, especially the Fastlane kill, which saves a huge amount of time. Also, I had an INSANELY good Mission 14.

Now, I do believe a 00:33:xx time would be possible. It could be done by having a run exactly like this one, but with greater speed in certain areas, like getting the Mission 2 Skip first try, having a faster Mission 11 Slick battle, etc. It would be very difficult, but this run's existence shows that it would be possible.
