INGREDIENTS
3 large ripe bananas
3/4 cup (150 gr) sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
zest of 1 lemon
4 oz (115 gr) unsalted butter, melted
1 3/4 cups (220 gr) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberries, tossed in flour
