The talk is based on a new perspective on agriculture - an idea that agriculture is a profession that can be for one and all. Yash Bhale, a member of the law fraternity and an agriculturist entrepreneur, reminisces his time in the farm and shares his views to encourage the youth to look at farming through a different lens. In this day and age of constant change that we live in, agriculture as a profession can be a lucrative option for the new gen to look forward to, in the situation of unemployment. Yash puts forth the point how farming can be considered as one of the ideal jobs for a new graduate who looks for a good pay, work life balance and professional autonomy. Yash Bhale is a law graduate and an agriculturist entrepreneur. He has been awarded with the prestigious title of “A Competent Leader’ at the world renowned Toastmasters club. Yash has a keen interest in nature, photography, traveling and is a firm believer of keeping the mind as well as body fit.
