I am not 100% clear of the fighters' names, details and rules. What I posted above are what I can hear from the commentators and announcers. They mention that the Thai is a welterweight champion. The main theme of the event that this match was in seems to be a style vs style with special rules being applied. For this match it seems it is modifed Thai rule since I didn't see any elbows being used and the clinch time was fairly liberal.
