Lionel Messi is getting closer to a second coming to Barcelona.

Given Blaugrana’s serious economic struggles, the Argentinian's salary will significantly decrease compared to the 30 million euros per year he receives at PSG.

According to the latest rumours, after returning to the Camp Nou, Messi will earn only 12-13 million per year, but the world champion is satisfied with such conditions, as he wants to retire at Barcelona in the right way, still in no hurry to leave Europe yet.

Besides, Leo has recently announced the Catalans new conditions regarding transfer signings. Messi asks the club's board to bring to Camp Nou two of his compatriots, Angel Di Maria and Leandro Paredes.

Di Maria is set to leave Juventus at the end of the season as soon as his contract expires, while Paredes, owned by PSG and is spending the current campaign on loan at Juve, shows no intention to return to Paris.

Paris Saint-Germain are in active and seemingly successful negotiations with Real Madrid midfielder Marco Asensio, ESPN reports.

The Spaniard refuses to renew his agreement with Los Blancos, thus he could become a free agent starting in July. Seizing the opportunity, the Parisians are already poaching Asensio with talks progressing quickly thanks to the good relationship built between agent Jorge Mendes and PSG sporting advisor Luis Campos.

Asensio has been linked with AC Milan, Juventus and Aston Villa in recent months, but PSG seem to be Marco's best option at the moment.
