New Rules on Evidence - Part II (Overview of the 2019 Amendments to the Revised Rules on Evidence)

Justice Buddy lectures the list of amended provisions on Rules 128, 129, and 130 of the Revised Rules on Evidence in relation to the Criminology Board Examination, and Bar Examination.

c. judicial admission; and
d. rules of admissibility more particularly on original document rule, summaries, parol evidence rule, disqualifications by reason of privileged communication, and their exceptions, parental and filial privilege, privilege relating to trade secrets, offer of compromise not admissible, hearsay, records of regularly conducted business activity, residual exception, opinion of expert witness,
and character evidence not generally admissible; exceptions.
