Australia in a GDP per person recession: Shadow Treasurer
Shadow Treasurer Angus Taylor says Australia is now in a GDP per person recession.
Mr Taylor joined Sky News host Peta Credlin to discuss Labor’s upcoming federal Budget on Tuesday.
“Right now, we are in a GDP per person recession – that’s a household recession that people are feeling right now,” he said.
“That’s a big part of the reason why people feel poorer.”
