Extra curious. The Wawa Cheesesteak... Is it any good? I am aware that Philadelphia area residents and true fans of the Philly Cheesesteak take the Cheesesteak conversation VERY SERIOUS! I'm one of those people, lol. I also know that most of those same people would never consider having a steak from Wawa or any convenience store or food truck. However, I'm really wondering how good (or not) one of these Cheesesteaks is.
Usually the Philly cheesesteak is made with sliced beef or frozen chip steak, but mostly ribeye, which is sliced super thin and cooked on a griddle. Nowadays lots of cheesesteak shops also offer chicken cheesesteaks, made with sliced chicken breast instead of beef. Wawa also offers that.
