Best tire cleaner? 4 products compared!

I'm always looking for the BEST product out there. In this case, I'm in search of the best way to clean tires... in preparation for tire dressing. Auto Fanatic recently suggested Mineral Spirits in one of his videos, so I had to give them a try -- up against two degreasers and a dedicated wheel/tire cleaner from Eagle One. What do you think of the results?
