Govardhan at Sunset

Today's theme has been a conscious and responsive Dham. I've been working on curriculum for my Youth Nectar of Instruction course (the last two verses about Govardhan and Radha Kunda!) ... and it's a major time commitment....! I've been questioning myself: Do I do it? Do I stop? Is it too much of a time commitment?

However, just in the past 12 hours, I've had all these coincidences happen. I woke up to HH Indradyumna Swami sharing 60 pictures in my messenger inbox of the hills of Govardhan. I took darshan and began to work on a Radha Kunda interactive page and foldable peacock for the Govardhan verse and class. 5 minutes into my work, my sister goes live at Radha Kunda, singing verses we memorized together. Later, during my live broadcast for the GBC SPT with Mother Malati, a peacock comes in to the room! And tonight, I'm painting with the family and we choose a mountain at sunset. Peacocks and mountains seems to be the theme of this day.

Scriptures say that Sri Dham, Lila, Guna, Nama are living, conscious, like Sri Krishna and more present than the flesh and blood people around me. I don't have any real understanding of this but I'm feeling grateful to notice these encouraging signs amidst all my doubts.. and to feel a little reciprocation from above.

(Also, today is Ekadasi and all us Schomakers painted for the first time together. It was splendid to have them join me in this newfound passion. ❤️💙)
