Gannon was seen on surveillance leaving his house with his stepmom, Letecia Stauch, in January. His dad, Al Stauch was out of town. Less than two months later, his body was found. Autopsy reports show the unthinkable abuse he suffered. Now that Tee Stauch is conducting interviews from the El Paso County jail, and writing letters to her judge. Tecia was just declared competent to stand trial but her attorneys want the court to review a second opinion before her trial is scheduled.
