Ep3, P3: Relativity Dance - A 360° Video from The Hitchhiker's Guide to Neil's Universe

In the conclusion to our third episode of StarTalk’s new 360 VR videos on YouTube, you’re standing under the FDR Drive in Manhattan looking up at trains crossing the Williamsburg Bridge to talk about Albert Einstein’s famous thought experiment on trains, time, relativity, and the speed of light, with Neil deGrasse Tyson, theoretical physicist Janna Levin, and Chuck Nice. Janna and Neil discuss how time passes differently for a passenger on the train than it does for you, and how Einstein explained that using a beam of light and a mirror. Oh yeah, and Neil does the Relativity Dance.

NOTE: This 360° video is best experienced with headphones on a mobile device or a Virtual Reality headset. But even if you don’t have a VR viewer, you can watch the video on YouTube and change your perspectives 360° using the directional controller in the upper left corner of the video.
