Stopover in Munich (Better Than I Remember?)

January in Munich... Does anyone really want that?
Well I didn't have choice as I needed to visited there for business. But while there, why not stroll down the streets and explore whether the city was as bad as I remembered it.
There are several pros in traveling in winter - there are definitely far less people than in summer (or even better, in autumn when the whole of the world comes here to get wasted on Oktoberfest). But it's not our case. Our little stroll is a little bit like ice-skating. Minus the skates...
So what is there to see? Honestly, it's is a strange combination of endless anyoing expressways and beautiful historical building.
