Sprouted quinoa dosa

Quinoa sprouts are the easiest. You just soak quinoa and you start seeing tiny tails after few hours
Try it yourself!

Ingredients of the dosa -
1 cup quinoa
2 cups rice
1/2 cup Channa dal
Methi seeds
Wash and soak (atleast 6-7 hours)
Grind and ferment (overnight)

Channa dal can be replaced by any dal or urad dal.
I made dosa without urad still it was so good 😊

We enjoyed dosa with curry leaves chutney!
