The Master of Health Administration (MHA) program draws on the university’s 35 years of leadership in post-graduate education in health management and policy field. Its distinguishing feature is the application of quantitative methods within organizations to arrive at sound answers to multiple questions. As part of the program, students complete a 1,000 supervised residency placement. The curriculum emphasizes five contemporary key areas: management, operations, and leadership; health policy analysis; quality of care; health finance; and health information technology. The program is designed to allow for in-depth specialization in two of these five areas, with an emphasis on quantitative analytical methods throughout.
