0:25 Pour lens solution into your contact lens case
0:45 Place your lenses in the case and leave to soak for at least 2 hours
1:00 Wash your hands before inserting your contact lenses
1:16 Make sure your lens is the right side up
1:30 Pull down your lower eyelid to insert your lens
1:55 Pull down your lower eyelid and pinch the contact lens to remove
