Another look at an inexpensive goat fence keeping goats in. Definitely not water tight.

This 2 wire electric fence, (only one wire energized) in front of this 60 year old dilapidated barbed wire fence is all I use around the perimeter of my pastures to hold several hundred goats in. Definitely not water tight, but don't tell the goats.
