Incontinence Evaluation and Bladder Function Testing | Oakdale ObGyn
Urodynamics is a process used to evaluate bladder function: how the body stores and empties urine. Urodynamic studies help to determine the cause of the leaking. The bladder function evaluation includes a series of tests to give your doctor or nurse practitioner a detailed look at the function of your bladder and urethra and provides information about bladder problems. The tests, called “simple” or “multi-channel’ urodynamics suggest next steps in helping to reduce or eliminate this condition.
