Punjab's Rural Voters' Aspirations vs Manifestos of Political Parties

Prime Time visits rural Punjab – a village called Bulepur to know whether the voters are politically aware and are able to identify the right candidates to vote for in the elections. With Punjab going to polls in the coming month, we observe there is a stark contrast between the psyches of voters of different age groups. The youth say that their primary concern is unemployment while all parties try to play freebie politics. Women in the village however say they depend on the men in their families to decide on a candidate to vote for.
