हम में से बहुत लोग India के first wheelchair body builder Anand Arnold को जानते होंगे। हम सब उनकी success से तो परिचित है पर आज उनकी लाइफ के struggles और difficulties को जानने का भी प्रयास करते है।
तो इसीलिए आज हम आप सभी के लिए लेकर आये है Anand Arnold जी की motivational story जो आपको भी hard work के दम पर अपना नाम बनाने के लिए inspire करेगी। आनंद एक ऐसी family में जन्मे थे जहा सभी लोगो sportsmen थे और इसलिए sports में रूचि होने के कारण उन्होंने 11 साल की उम्र से ही workout करना शुरू कर दिया। 14 साल की उम्र में उनका cancer detect हुआ और operation के बाद वे wheelchair पर आगये। परन्तु अपने एक मित्र की मदद से उन्होंने workout करना जारी रखा। उनकी determination, dedication, will power और never give up attitude के चलते ही उन्होंने 12 बार Mr. Punjab का और 4 बार Mr. India का title जीता। आज उनके इसी courage और hard work की वजह से hollywood में उनके ऊपर एक book लिखी गयी है और bollywood में उनकी life पर एक film आ रही है।
उनका सभी से ये कहना है की जब वे अपने odds को नज़र अंदाज़ करके इतना कुछ achieve कर successful बन सकते है तो हम सब पूरी तरह physically fit के कारण उनसे कई ज़्यादा achieve कर सकते है।
