Lumpiang Togue | Lumpiang Gulay | Vegetable Spring Rolls

Step by step guide on How to cook Lumpiang Togue or Vegetable Spring rolls

Ingredients:

Cooking oil
Garlic Cloves ( Butil ) - 5 pcs, minced
Onion - 1 pc medium size, minced
Tofu / Tokwa - 2 pcs, diced ( optional ingredient only )
Carrot - 1 pc medium size, minced
Togue / Mung Bean sprout - 1/2 kilo ( good for 20 to 25 pcs )
Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
Salt
Ground black pepper
Lumpia wrapper - 20 to 25 pcs
