CryoGAN: Deep learning for protein 3D structures
Dr. Laurène Donati explains CryoGAN, a recent machine learning algorithm designed to reconstruct the 3D structure of proteins based on cryo-em images. CryoGAN was developed in the Biomedical Imaging Group at EPFL by Harshit Gupta, Mike McCann, Laurène Donati and Michael Unser.
