Charles Manson interview: Was he schizophrenic? Was he sane? Did he murder anyone?

Hi everyone! This one is on Charles Manson. The video might be less structured than usual since it was difficult to find a common theme for both the interviewer's questions and Charles Mansons answers.

After having watched the video multiple times during the editing, I feel like his tangent after being asked "Why did they go to that house" (discussing the Sharon Tate murders as seen in Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood) has another angle. Part of what the Manson family members who committed the murders were trying to do was to copy the murder of another member who was already in prison.

By copying the murder, they were hoping that their friend was released from prison. Charles Manson does not say this but he goes into a long story of "getting your people out of prison" without any context after being asked why they went to that house. Just something to keep in mind.

- Charles Milles Manson (November 12, 1934 – November 19, 2017): He led the Manson Family which committed a variety of crimes such as murder, robbery and prostitution. In 1971, Manson was convicted of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder for the deaths of seven people. The prosecution contended that, while Manson never directly ordered the murders or committed them, his ideology constituted an overt act of conspiracy. Before the murders, Manson had spent more than half of his life in correctional institutions.
