BEGINNERS Spray Paint Art Tutorial - Episode 11 (Rock Highlights)

Hi guys! Thank you for watching this BEGINNERS Spray Paint Art Tutorial - Episode 11 (Rock Highlights). In this eleventh video in the series, I'm going to be showing you how to add highlights on rocks using a palette knife. I will also show you how to layer rocks over rocks using an easy mist effect.
I will be putting 5 layers of rocks in the painting with each layer of rocks getting darker as I add each layer on top of the next so it looks like you are looking out from inside a cave. I'll also be adding and showing you how to make a galaxy, planet, and small stars. I'll be using some carrier/grocery bags to make the textures in this painting.

Below is the list of materials I have used,
- Something to spray paint on like Gloss card or a Canvas or whatever you are going to use to paint on.
- Black and White spray paint ( I'm using Montana white)
- Some colored spray paint ( I'm using 4 different colors which are from the Montana White range for this painting they are Kings Purple, Light Blue, Night Blue, and Tropicana.
- Clearcoat (to wet the paint back up)
- Something to sign your work with
- A mask
- Some gloves
- Something to make texture with like magazine paper, carrier/grocery bag, etc.
- A palette knife ( To make the highlights on the rocks)
- A Lid stencil (To make the planet)
- Some magazine paper or something like that ( To clean your palette knife)
