Join Shizuka Anderson as she explores the winter wonderland of Otaru City, one of Hokkaido’s most historic and scenic port cities, located just west of Sapporo. She eats her way through seven of the city’s most standout cafes, food stalls, and eateries to find the most representative dishes of Otaru, Hokkaido.

LeTAO in Otaru is a must-visit for sweet-lovers, serving some of the finest confections using the prefecture’s local dairy.
