How to become completely okay with who you are, how not to be attached to what other people think, and how to really just accept yourself 100%. Now, this is a video I've been wanting to talk about for a while. I've been wanting to create it, because it was a story that I have that I want to share with you guys that really changed my perspective about what people think about me and how to just remain in my own energy field rather than needing other people to validate me or to agree with the ideas that I have to share.
This comes from a story of four, five years ago, in 2000, was it 11 or ... 2012 when I went to my spiritual awakening. It completely changed the way that I am. It completely changed the way that I carry myself, how I thought about the world. It completely changed all of that. I went from somebody that had very spontaneous ... I'm still kind of spontaneous, but spontaneous ADHD not grounded energy at all, all of a sudden to having these realizations and this feeling that raised my natural set point. I started to feel better more at the time. Then another side effect of that was that I became much more grounded and I wasn't so all over the place. I found myself able to focus. I went from taking Adderall for ADHD to completely giving that up.There are certain things about me that completely changed my perspective and completely changed how I showed up in the world. Naturally, a lot of people would ask me, whether it be friends or family, and they would say, "What happened? Why are you so different?" Of course, I was so excited about the spiritual awakening aspect of it that I wanted to share those ideas. I talked about how I became aware that we're immortal spiritual beings having temporary human experiences, that we create our own experiences based upon our thoughts, emotions, actions.When I started to share these ideas, I realized that almost right away there was a strong resistance to them. It was almost like it was weird or it was to eccentric a way of thinking, and because of that, it pulled away and made a lot of people think that there was something wrong with me or like I was almost scary. I remember my dad was almost like, "What happened to you?" He almost thought that I did drugs or something like that. The funny thing was that there was no drugs at all.

I was just meditating and I was more just high on life because I was so excited with the kind of information that I had come across.Now, same thing happened with friends, slowly but over time it was like there was more and more of a ... There wasn't much understanding there and it was like it was harder to relate to from that point going forward. While I'm still in contact with a lot of my friends today, but the idea is that what I've learned how to do is to really just detach from what other people think and almost not sell it. I think when I was first on to my spiritual awakening journey, I had such a desire for other people to know about it because understand that when I go from this to this and I start feeling really good all the time, of course I want other people to feel that good too. Even if I see people that are feeling pain or are going through emotional trauma, I want them to feel the same thing. It was almost like I was taking all that information and I was hoping that they would come to understand it more so that they could get this similar type of effects as me.Instead of me thinking that I was weird or something like that, what I did was I reframed that idea of going from the idea of being different to more of the different being a good thing, the uniqueness being a good thing. I started to look at it from that point of view. I started to accept the idea that I know this kind of information. I also knew that it's part of my purpose in life. One thing I'm meant to do in life is to help more people claim their power back and to understand that they're powerful beings that can create anything they want in their lives, because of that, it reframed the purpose behind it. It made me understand and become more comfortable of it and to really just accept it more.

Years ago when I began to learn more about myself I went through a period where those around be didn't understand what I was going through. I went from having ADHD to being grounded and focused. When people asked me what happened I would explain what learned from meditation and some of the ideas made people view me differently. This video explains how I reframed the situation and gained the insight to accept myself 100% while letting go of what people thought about me.
