- Traditional Push up
- Elbows out 45° to your torso as you go down
- Find a comfortable position here to focus your chest more
- Elbows close to your side
- Prioritizes tricep
- Wide stance
- Shoulder blades do not go through full range of motion
- Can create too much stress on shoulders
