KS2 Resources: Creating

This video will introduce pupils to some of the objects that people made at Star Carr. These include tools made from flint and antler, houses, wooden platforms and jewellery. Children will also learn about the objects that we think people used, but which haven’t survived to the present day.

Enquiry questions you might like to ask your class after watching the video include:
· What materials did people use to make things at Star Carr?
· What sorts of tools did people make from flint?
· What types of objects haven’t been discovered at Star Carr?
