In this video, we present the DA-1500L — a table-type decoiler designed for processing wire coils in demanding industrial applications. The machine has been developed for companies that require reliability, precise material guidance, tension control, and a high level of operator safety.

The DA-1500L combines robust construction, linear dancer control, position measurement via a 0–10 V analog signal, steel ball-bearing-mounted prism rollers, and an integrated protective enclosure. When the doors are open, the safety system allows operation only in jog mode, increasing protection during machine operation.

Key parameters include:

– table diameter: 1500 mm,
– load capacity: up to 1500 kg,
– wire diameter: 1.3–9.3 mm,
– maximum coil outer diameter: 1400 mm,
– operation from left to right or from right to left,
– clockwise or counterclockwise winding direction.
