Khrizantema-S Tank Destroyer: Hunting For Western Tanks

According to armyrecognition, Russia is deploying three Khrizantema-S 9P157-2 tank destroyers to the Ukrainian battlefield, in the context of facing Western tanks with advantages in firepower and armor. According to Russian sources, the dual-guidance system guarantees resistance against electronic disruptions and the ability to function in any weather conditions, irrespective of day or night.

9M123 Khrizantema is considered one of the most powerful systems in the world in its class. NATO designation AT-15 Springer, it is designed to deal with current and future generations of main battle tanks, and can also engage slow and low-flying targets such as helicopters.
