I remember my dreams as soon as I awaken. Sometimes I go back to sleep and pick up where I left off. Oftentimes I’m under a deadline that I struggle to meet or lose something and can’t find it. I wake up sweating profusely with my heart racing and stressful. The dream will play over and over in my mind through the day. Most are about friends and family who have passed.
