Physical Wellness - Potassium Intake
This week I wanted to touch on one aspect of physical wellness that isn't talked about much - potassium. Potassium helps regulate, reduce and control blood pressure, it keeps our muscles healthy and our nervous system working smoothly. It also greatly aids in the absorption of vitamin C.
