How to Make a MAP that Looks Like FELT

Walking through the process of creating a repeating felt texture in Adobe Illustrator, then using that texture as a symbol in ArcGIS Pro. Then saving that symbol as a reusable style...and how to find and use that style. That's a lot of stuff! But hang in there. Here are some helpful links...
