Natalie Bartholomäus: "Climate‐Neutral and Sustainable Business Using the Example of the Economic Region of East Westphalia‐Lippe" (SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth).

It has been a challenge for companies to become an active part of the Great Transformation ‐ the path from the industry‐driven, high‐performance society of the 21st century to an ecologically and socially compatible market economy. Professor Bartholomäus offers well‐founded knowledge and tools from experts as well as best practices from companies in the economic region of East Westphalia‐Lippe. This example also conveys concretely how companies can achieve their climate‐compatible and sustainable future viability. This talk will provide insights into how companies develop their strategies for sustainability and how the associated change process can be shaped through the knowledge transfer between companies and universities.
