The highest-converting sales channel in the world is not advertising.
It's referrals.

The question is:
What are you doing to generate more of them?

Many businesses get 60%, 70%, even 80% of their customers through word-of-mouth.

Yet when I ask how they are growing referrals, the answer is usually the same:
"We deliver good work and wait."
That is not a referral strategy.

The problem is that passive referrals create passive growth.
If you're waiting for customers to talk about you, you're leaving one of your most valuable growth levers to chance.

The businesses that scale consistently don't just receive referrals.
They build referral networks.
They create strategic partnerships.
They stay top-of-mind with customers.
They actively ask for introductions.

Most businesses already have people willing to recommend them.

The question is whether they have a process that makes those recommendations happen consistently.

Growth becomes predictable when referrals become systematic.
