Miata Pulley Wobble Fix (NB)

As many early Miata owners have experienced, I am also experiencing a fair amount of what is known as crank pulley wobble. After replacing the timing gear, harmonic balancer, and installing the crank saver with a new crank bolt, the only piece left is the crank pulley boss. I have seen an improvement or reduction in the amount of wobble, but it’s still there to some degree and I think it is the fact that the pulley boss has opened up a little bit and is now loose. Before I replace the crank components, I will replace the front oil seal using a special installation tool from Flying Miata.
