Pour a Half and Half in 1 Minute #shorts

With St. Patrick’s Day just around the corner, I thought I’d record a short video where I pour an all Guinness “Half and Half” using an official Guinness pouring spoon.

A Half and Half is a layered beer drink where you float a stout (in this case a Guinness Stout) on top of a lighter coloured beer. A lot of people use Bass Pale Ale as the light beer but in this case I’m using a Guinness Blonde. If poured correctly, the contrast between the light and the dark coloured beer is a really cool effect.
